My insurance company wants me to take it to a specific shop, what are my rights?

It is your choice where you have your vehicle repaired.  We offer a lifetime warranty on the repairs for as long as you own your vehicle.

How do deductibles work?

Your insurance company will pay for the cost of the repairs less your deductible amount .  We offer deductible assistance, ask for details

I need a rental vehicle, do I have to go to a rental location to pick up a vehicle ?

No, you can drop off your vehicle for repairs and the rental vendor will come pick you up or we will provide you transportation to the rental vendor.  When your vehicle repairs are completed, you can leave your rental vehicle with us and we will ensure it is returned to the rental vendor.

How long will the repairs take ?

The length of the repair will be determined by the extent of damage your vehicle sustained.  We will update you with a repair completion date once we have assessed all the damage to your vehicle.

What are AfterMarket Parts ?

These are parts that are new, not manufactured by the manufacturer of your vehicle.
